Oftentimes, this situation appears to be a simple stain on the surface, but the problem lies unseen. The odor associated by decomposition is overwhelming and will remain embedded in the contents and the structure itself up to several months if not properly cleaned. Steri-Clean uses a powerful illuminator to detect if blood and bodily fluids are present. If spraying the illuminator on floor boards causes the area to foam up, that is a sign there is biohazard underneath the floor. EPA Hospital-grade cleaning products are applied to affected surfaces to kill any biohazard diseases.
